As a Tier II Technical Support Analyst, you'll be part of our team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your technical expertise will play a crucial role in resolving complex issues, ensuring seamless support, and fostering collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.

  • Interpret end-user problem descriptions and leverage existing information to determine resolutions or best courses of action.
  • Engage with clients, Tier 1 Support, and other stakeholders to resolve intricate technical challenges, adhering to EDQ processes and procedures.
  • Monitor open Tier 1 cases in partnership with Senior Analysts and Supervisors to guarantee proper handling and escalation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • English Level B2+ or C1
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Client-Side Web Languages: HTML, CSS, JS
  • Familiarity with Server-Side Languages: C#.NET, Java
  • Familiarity with Web Services: SOAP/XML, REST/JSON
  • 5+ Years of Desktop Support, Help-Desk, or IT related support
  • BA degree or equivalent experience desired
