Job Overview:

As a Financial Transaction Associate, you will play a vital role in our Payments Operations team, processing incoming and outgoing payments from business clients while ensuring specific guidelines and criteria are met.

You will use your keen eye for detail to review data received from internal/external parties, compiling beneficiary templates for customers to utilize.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing payments from business clients
  • Review data received from internal/external parties
  • Compile beneficiary templates for customers
  • Monitor WUBS Systems and validate data input
  • Resolve queries satisfactorily within agreed service level agreements

Requirements:

  • A high school degree is required, post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Administration is preferred
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English is required, additional languages a plus
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to meet deadlines/sense of urgency/customer-centric approach
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment
