The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the GPRA team, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and projects. Key responsibilities include meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and external vendor management.

A dynamic and strategic function within Corporate Affairs, GPRA deploys expertise on government relations, public policy, and regulatory analysis to inform Moody's Corporation strategy. This role plays a vital part in supporting the team's efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for team members, including arranging conference rooms, requesting security passes, and preparing necessary materials.
- Arrange travel for team members, ensuring timely and cost-effective options are selected.
- Work with external vendors and Moody's Accounts Payable team to ensure invoices are received, filed, and paid promptly.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including composing correspondence, memos, and other documents.
Requirements
- 3+ years related experience working in a corporate environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to convey complex information clearly and succinctly.
- Strong organization skills, including time management and multi-tasking abilities.
