Job DescriptionThe Guest Environment Expert plays a critical role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel. They are empowered to move about their space and take initiative to ensure a great guest experience.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating and meeting guest needs
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public spaces, including corridors, lobbies, and restrooms
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment
This is a full-time position that requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment
