Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to join our established Global Incident and Escalation team as a senior member. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the life cycle of critical problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives, and analyzing incident data to identify root causes and trends.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the life cycle of critical problems, from prevention to resolution">
  • Analyze incident data to identify root causes and trends">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives">
  • Lead Post-Incident Review meetings to identify areas for improvement">
  • Develop and maintain metrics and reports to track problem management performance">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)">
  • At least 4 years of experience in problem management or a related field">
  • Advanced ITIL certification or equivalent experience">
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills">
  • A passion for delivering results and driving improvement initiatives">
