**Job Description**

We're seeking a customer-oriented Technical Support Engineer (Unix/Linux) to join our team.

This role involves working with customers to resolve software issues, collaborating with colleagues to improve processes, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires managing customer technical support, including information gathering and sharing, analytical troubleshooting, and problem research.

Additionally, this role involves cooperating with other engineers as necessary to drive exceptional outcomes with purpose-built solutions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you should have technical experience with Unix and Linux flavored operating systems and components databases.

You should also have good understanding of Unix/LINUX clusters, software, and proficiency in both written and oral English.

Furthermore, you should be creative, adaptable, and have strong problem-solving skills.
