Job Description
The Junior Customer Service Specialist at Swarovski is responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through active listening and efficient solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to communicate effectively using established procedures and guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide product information and assist with online orders, cancellations, and exchanges.
- Follow established communication procedures and use templates when necessary.
Required Skills:
- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in a multinational contact center.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
