Our essential function is to improve decision-making technologies by providing remote human support and solutions while hiring and developing the best. Tasks that require greater cognitive capacities such as sustained attention, speed of information processing, pattern recognition will be performed by our associates who deliver results with high confidence.
Job Responsibilities
- Review image/videos - tagging activities on videos with durations of 10 seconds or shorter.
- Meet predetermined and assigned productivity and quality standard targets.
- Responsible for reviewing video content continuously during working schedule.
- Understand and follow up on performance metrics and process requirements to drive business results in live environment.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks on a daily basis.
- Perform labeling/annotation tasks with accuracy, speed and efficiency on videos that could be less sharp, blurry and hence answering the jobs would need high level of attention & focus on the screen.
- Demonstrates willingness to support several projects at one time, and to accept re-prioritization as necessary, which may include schedule flexibility depending on business needs.
- Understand and adhere to SOP's and other Amazon policies.
- Able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information to the relevant owners/teams/managers, according to processes and standards.
- Analyze and detect exceptions.
- Constantly contribute to process improvement.
- During peak and non-peak times, the incoming volume fluctuates throughout the weeks.
This might initiate a need of over time during specific sections of the day and holidays, over time will be paid.
