**Job Overview**

The Azure Active Directory Engineer plays a key role in leading engineering activities, including design, acquisition, and deployment of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. This senior-level position is responsible for ensuring quality standards are met within the existing and planned framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure integration of functions meets business goals.
  • Define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements.
  • Recommend product customization for system integration.
  • Identify problem causality, business impact, and root causes.
  • Advise or mentor junior team members.
  • Impact the engineering function by influencing decisions through advice, counsel, or facilitating services.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in an Engineering role.
  • Experience working in a large complex and/or global environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities, and related reporting to identify best practices.
  • Demonstrated analytic/diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams.
  • Proven track record of operational process changes and improvement.
  • Proficiency in Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Microsoft Authenticator App, Conditional Access Policies, and Intune.

Nice to Have:

  • Cyber security experience is desirable.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Microsoft Azure Solutions Expert.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
