Job Summary

Intel is seeking an experienced IT Application Developer to join our HR team. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, test, and deploy applications using low-code platforms, such as Workday Extend. You will work closely with HR business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using low-code platforms
  • Sustain and maintain existing custom and vendor applications and integrations
  • Follow agile methodologies and adhere to technology standards, quality assurance, security, and documentation practices
  • Collaborate with HR business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolutions or recommendations
  • Participate in teams On-call support rotation
  • Data management, transformation, and integration

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  • 3-years proficiency with XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, JavaScript, and experience with an object-oriented programming language
  • 3-years of experience performing systems analysis for IT projects
  • 3-years of experience working with business subject matter experts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with .NET / React development
  • Experience with Azure / Data Factory / Databricks
  • Experience with Workday Extend and Workday Integration Technologies
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Human Resources Management systems knowledge

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances, the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
