Job Summary

This role is within the Intel Information Technology organization, supporting the company's Talent Management initiatives. We partner closely with Human Resources subject-matter experts, software vendors, and other internal IT organizations to develop and support technology solutions that enable Intel to recruit, hire, and develop world-class talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using low-code platforms, specifically Workday Extend.
  • Sustain and maintain existing custom and vendor applications and integrations.
  • Follow agile methodologies and adhere to technology standards, quality assurance, security, and documentation practices.
  • Collaborate with HR business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements, provide technical guidance, estimations, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolutions or recommendations.
  • Participate in teams' on-call support rotation.
  • Data management, transformation, and integration.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  • 3-years proficiency with XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, JavaScript, and experience with an object-oriented programming language.
  • 3-years of experience performing systems analysis for IT projects.
  • 3-years of experience working with business subject matter experts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with.NET / React development.
  • Experience with Azure / Data Factory / Databricks.
  • Experience with Workday Extend and Workday Integration Technologies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Human Resources Management systems knowledge.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances, the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
