Job Summary:

  The Analytics Lead will support the development and operation of analytics and automation to enhance access management testing capabilities. This role requires a strong background in data analytics, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  •   Support the identification and prioritization of analytics and continuous monitoring initiatives
  •   Manage data feeds into the access management testing hub, including relationships with data owners and security requirements
  •   Build testing scripts and data analytics queries to deliver the testing backlog and implement automation for continuous monitoring
  •   Develop data visualization solutions and dashboards to communicate testing results and coverage
  •   Support integrated reporting of access management testing incorporating analytics, continuous monitoring, and manual testing
  •   Monitor emerging analytics and automation capabilities to enhance access management testing

Qualifications:

  Degree with high technical content preferred

  7 years' experience in data analytics development and delivery

  Extensive proven experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, SAS, Python)

  Proven experience with BI / visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

  Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel

  Leadership experience is highly valued

  Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large data sets
