**The Role**
We're seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources organization. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with experienced Compensation Analysts to administer monthly commissions and payments in accordance with our Sales Compensation Plans.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. They'll also have advanced spreadsheet skills, including lookups, charts, reports, and pivot tables.
**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with experienced Compensation Analysts to administer monthly commissions and payments
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of commission payments and forecasts
- Provide timely and effective support to sales employees and other business partners on Sales Compensation-related matters
