Role OverviewThe Account Manager Team Leader will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maintain positive relationships with customers and account managers, resulting in increased revenue retention and growth.
This role requires a deep understanding of the customer decision-maker's strategies, priorities, and needs, as well as solid knowledge of business propositions to initiate conversations and raise interest.
Key Responsibilities- Build and embed long-term trusted advisor relationships within accounts
- Drive growth by expanding company footprint within accounts
- Oversee all commercial activities within accounts, leading end-to-end customer relationships
- Maintain pipeline hygiene (renewals and gross) in Salesforce
- Monitor, empower, and mentor Account Managers
Strong understanding of customers and their business models and workflows is essential, as is validated experience within the customer segment.
A strong product knowledge and relationship-building skills are also required, along with selling skills and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
