Job Overview

The Global Deal Coordinator role at Hewlett Packard is a dynamic position that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As an invoice process expert, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end invoicing activities across multiple accounts, from fleet tracking to implementation and dispute resolution.
  • Work closely with customers to enable invoicing by gathering necessary information and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Manage disputes on invoicing, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer escalated issues and facilitate proactive follow-ups on high complexity topics.
  • Evaluate business expectations based on signed Service Order Agreements (SOAs) and ensure delivery of operational excellence.
  • Participate in customer reviews and ad-hoc calls to discuss invoicing-related matters and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the MPS e2e operational process to effectively translate tasks into actionable requests and allocate resources accordingly.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a Channel environment, Consumer, or Commercial sector.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, including organization, communication, and financial acumen.
  • A good understanding of revenue tracking, missing billing management, and write-off resolution.
  • Degree-level education in Business, Communication, and/or IT.

Desirable Skills

  • Fluency in English; additional language skills, such as German or French, are a plus.
  • Business acumen and ability to understand global business processes.
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting project status to higher management.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, reporting tools, data management, analytics, and project management software.
