Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Payroll and Financial Analyst to join our team. In this position, you'll be responsible for preparing reports on employee compensation and benefits-related items, as well as statutory reports such as Social Security and income tax.
You'll work closely with the Finance department and Payroll Operations to investigate and resolve reconciliation items, and partner with local and worldwide business partners to resolve issues. You'll also participate in process improvement projects and build professional relationships based on trust, respect, and delivery of results.
In addition, you'll perform financial and accounting analysis, troubleshoot data accuracy, and communicate information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Intermediate English level
- Intermediate Excel knowledge (Pivot tables, V-Lookup)
- Ability to work at least 36 hours per week
- Permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica
