**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team in Colombia (Medellin or Bogota) or Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working with U.S. clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process that aligns with international hiring standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top Software Engineering talent in Latin America, as well as facilitating the onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully integrated into the company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Sourcing and recruiting IT candidates through databases, job portals, social media, and other strategies
- Screening candidates' resumes and job applications to identify the best matches for open roles
- Conducting structured interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools to assess candidates within set timelines
- Evaluating applicants' technical knowledge, soft skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter
- Direct experience working with U.S. clients and managing international hiring processes
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes, including phone screenings and technical interviews
- Proficiency in recruiting software and HR tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams
- Decision-making abilities to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes
