Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Marriott International. As an integral part of our food service operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
  • Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator.
  • Maintain food logs and monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.
  • Communicate assistance needed during busy periods and inform Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials.
  • Inform Food & Beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock menu items.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of related work experience.
  • Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Capacity to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
