The Technical Equipment Group at Intel is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Preventive/Corrective Maintenance Crew Technicians in the Test/Assembly areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting priorities and ensuring an inclusive work environment
  • Supervising maintenance activities and assigning personnel
  • Monitoring performance and executing preventive/corrective maintenance
  • Evaluating safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Tracking and improving critical success indicators
