Job Overview

This role involves supporting low code/no code platforms, particularly the Microsoft Power Platform. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fault identification and resolution of technical issues related to low code/no code platforms.
  • Detailed documentation of all helpdesk interactions and troubleshooting steps in the issue tracking system.
  • Collaboration with the development team to identify complex issues and suggest effective solutions.
  • Support in developing and maintaining user guides and FAQs.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Experience in a helpdesk role with a solid understanding of helpdesk operations and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
