This role involves supporting low code/no code platforms, particularly the Microsoft Power Platform. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fault identification and resolution of technical issues related to low code/no code platforms.
- Detailed documentation of all helpdesk interactions and troubleshooting steps in the issue tracking system.
- Collaboration with the development team to identify complex issues and suggest effective solutions.
- Support in developing and maintaining user guides and FAQs.
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Relevant experience in a similar role may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Experience in a helpdesk role with a solid understanding of helpdesk operations and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
