The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5-7 years of experience in managing occupancy, space, move management, and change management processes
  • Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture systems
  • A working knowledge of occupancy utilization, office design principles, and trends such as the mobile or collaborative workplace
  • Experience with implementing flex office, hoteling, and alternative workplace solutions programs
  • Highly organized with excellent project budgeting and scheduling skills
  • Expert-level data analytical skills with the ability to tell a story through data
  • Critical thinking skill sets and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement occupancy plans and sequencing of group-level and individual moves
  • Facilitate and/or resolve planning issues identified in customer planning meetings
  • Evaluate space utilization and recommend strategies to maximize space efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines and policies
  • Provide expert-level guidance on space management, move management, and change management processes
