This role will focus on driving strategic HR programs and talent activities across all aspects of the HR lifecycle, partnering closely with the Senior HR Director and key stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning the EITS HR program portfolio, identifying talent development opportunities, and providing talent and DEI program management.
Key responsibilities include managing employee engagement, onboarding, and offboarding processes, fostering strong working relationships across departments, and acting as a communications conduit to sponsors and program steering committees.
The ideal candidate will have a related Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Development or Effectiveness preferred.
