About the Job:
Crg Solutions is hiring a Multi-State Payroll Specialist to lead our payroll team. This is a critical role that requires a high level of expertise in payroll processing and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Operations: Oversee the calculation and processing of employee wages, bonuses, and commissions.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll taxes, social security, and other government-mandated reports.
- HR Collaboration: Work closely with HR personnel to ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and policies.
- Process Improvement: Develop and maintain payroll procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years' experience in Payroll Management and 3+ years' experience in a U.S. multi-state, multi-company Payroll function.
- Knowledge: Well-versed in multi-state, multi-jurisdiction compliance regarding payroll taxes.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Workday Payroll processing experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
