Salary Information
The Tax and Reconciliation Specialist role involves the effective and efficient delivery of payroll for approximately 22,000 employees with various union agreements in North America (US & Canada).
Job Description
This specialist will ensure timely processing and compliance with standard payroll processes. They will also drive standardization and simplification of processes, provide input for training materials, and analyze and report on exceptions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a complex payroll environment
- General knowledge of Fed, State, and Local Taxes in USA/ Province & Fed for Canada
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to advanced) and Microsoft Word (required)
- Advanced English language skills
