">About the Role: We are seeking a CRAT Lean Champion Manager to join our Manufacturing Leadership Team in Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and be able to drive and implement lean manufacturing principles and practices within CRAT.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Eliminate waste and improve efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to optimize production processes.
- Work closely with teams and departments to train employees on lean manufacturing techniques and monitor the effectiveness of lean initiatives.
- Continuously identify bottlenecks and find ways to improve manufacturing operations, striving for operational excellence within the manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high volume production operations.
- Advanced English capability on both writing and speaking.
- Unrestricted Costa Rica work permit.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Good knowledge of Factory Physics / Data Mining.
- Experience in Assembly / Test manufacturing process.
- Project Management experience.
- Experience managing/leading teams with multi-disciplinary departments.
