Manufacturing Shift Integrator as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) overall shift lead and emergency contact/point of reference.
Leading regular line walk within the shift such as compliance audit towards safety culture.
Integrating various groups to deliver loading and executions strategy.
**The Manufacturing Shift Integrator (MSI) position's responsibilities will include (but not be limited to)**:
- Responsible to deliver performance links to the organization's goal such as delivering output performance Volume Performance and Cycle Time.
- Coordinate the overall loading strategy to execution team such as Mfg operations and Engineering team by monitoring the overall Work In Progress (WIP) flow to support shift target and delivery.
- Lead the shift by providing the shift priority, shift goal and Volumen closure for follow-up.
- Responsible for managing the priority to Volumen, New Products Runs, Uplift, Static WIP, and On-hold for daily shift executions.
- The Mfg Shift integrator consistently will assist and coach Mfg Supervisors to clear roadblocks during daily execution challenges within the shift.
- Work with Mfg Integration closely to understand the plan loading strategy per module including conversion, tool allocation and new product introductions.
- Trigger and drive CW Mfg Sup on operation performance by module.
- MSI will provide the delivery impact assessment during excursion management, able to work with various stakeholders for recovery loading plan and manage the execution strategy per Excursion Management team decisions.
- The Manufacturing Shift Integrator (MSI) also will lead or partner with Mfg Supervisors on improvement projects to improve efficiency within the shift.

**Qualifications**
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, and/or work experience.
**_Minimum qualifications_**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Systems, Math, Computer Science, or Related degree.
- Intermediate to advanced English capability on both writing and speaking.
- 3+ year in high volume production operation management experience.
- Advance skills in MS office.
- Willing to work night shift and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications_**
- Experience/ knowledge in Assembly / Test manufacturing process is a plus.
- Experience/ knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and Theory of Constraint.
- Statistical knowledge or experience.
- SQL - Power BI knowledge.
- Master's degree.
- APICS Certification.
