About the Role:
In this critical position as an Electrical Drafter, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing complex electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation drawings for various projects within Emerson's Electrical and Instrumentation Group. Working alongside experienced E&I Engineers/Designers, you will contribute to delivering high-quality designs that drive business success.
Main Tasks:
- Develop accurate and detailed drawings based on specifications, calculations, and provided information
- Work collaboratively with senior drafters and engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical and instrumentation designs
- Apply expertise in AutoCAD 2D and possess a solid understanding of 3D CAD tools to support the development of cutting-edge designs
Necessary Qualifications:
- Relevant technical degree in Technical Drafting, Computer-Aided Design, or a related field
- Proven track record of working effectively in a team environment with strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English reading skills and proficiency in AutoCAD 2D with knowledge of 3D CAD tools preferred
