**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for data security tools, processes, training, and services, including user guides, manuals, policy documents, and SOPs
- Collaborate with cyber security engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for documentation
- Review and edit technical documents for clarity, grammatical accuracy, and consistency
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand language for various audiences including senior level managers
- Ensure technical documentation is up-to-date with the latest product releases and security guidelines
- Manage documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking, to meet deadlines
- Present documentation in various formats, such as text documents, slideshows, and infographics

**Role requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- A minimum of **5 years of experience** in technical writing, with a strong focus on cyber security or related technology fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to understand and document complex technical concepts and processes
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with cyber security principles, technologies, and best practices

**Good to have**:

- Advanced certifications in technical writing (e.g., Certified Technical Professional Writer)
- Experience with data security or data loss prevention
- Proven track record of improving user engagement through documentation
