The Customer Account Analyst will play a critical role in supporting international customers by managing their orders, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage global order-to-cash processes, including sourcing, transportation, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or 2-3 years of equivalent work experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Finance.
  • English proficiency.
  • 1-2 years combined experience providing direct customer service and/or serving in a client-facing role where product crosses borders.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
