About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Homecare Team Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Document Collection process for Managed Care and Medicaid Home Care orders
  • Ensure department meets overall KCI customer service, efficiency, and financial goals
  • Establish and maintain policies and procedures with support KCI and industry standards
  • Handle hiring and performance management for a hybrid workforce

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, organize and implement change
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with all level of employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
