**Job Overview**
The Health and Wellness Strategic Leader plays a critical role in developing and implementing benefits programs that support Intel's business goals and enhance employee well-being.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Innovation: Develop innovative solutions to problems using structured problem-solving methodologies and judgment.
- Contract Negotiations: Support Procurement in the sourcing and supplier selection process, including building the Scope of Work and determining best pricing.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or HR discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in Benefits Administration.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model, which allows employees to split their time between working on-site and off-site. In certain circumstances, the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
