Job DescriptionThe Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for processing various types of accounts payable transactions, including data entry of vendor invoices and employee expense reports. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Process purchase order and non-purchase order invoices within specific timeframes.
- Adhere to accounts payable policies and procedures consistently.
- Rout invoices for approval and resolution.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Advanced English language proficiency (spoken and written).
- A technical high school degree in Accounting or an advanced Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Working experience in the Accounts Payable cycle for the US.
- SAP/Oracle experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
