Collections is a vital department that supports our business units. Exceptional Collections teams are essential to the international success of our business. As a Collections Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely resolutions of customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate unscripted calls to understand the nature of queries and assign them to the relevant team for resolution
  • Maintain accurate records in internal collections systems of all communication with clients
  • Record accurate details of disputes arising from collection calls for referral to internal departments and follow up as needed
  • Investigate credit items from assigned portfolios, reconciling accounts, and providing detailed explanations to customers about credit balances and offering correct recourse
  • Support internal adjustment processes
  • Maintain customer records in internal systems
  • Attend regular meetings with line managers to discuss portfolios and escalate difficult collections

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B collections within a financial or corporate environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competence in Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Knowledge of Power BI advantageous
  • Knowledge of SAP advantageous
  • Customer service-driven
  • Ability to work with high volumes productively and accurately
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and Spanish essential
