At TransUnion, we are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Risk Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the company's compliance with applicable federal and provincial laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist business units in creating and implementing processes and procedures to ensure compliance;
- Project manage the implementation of compliance-related projects, including testing to ensure solution work as intended;
- Analyze customer access to ensure compliance with legal agreements and internal policies and procedures;
- Perform internal audits against Compliance Department policies and procedures;
- Develop and deliver training materials to internal associates on compliance-related topics;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field;
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a compliance or risk-related function;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a project group;
- Knowledge of regulated environments, with an emphasis on consumer issues and privacy statutes.
About the Role:
This is a remote position that requires occasional in-person attendance at work-related events. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of compliance principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
