The TU Procure, Third Party Management, Facilities, and Travel function within Global Operations at TransUnion is responsible for managing the relationships and spend with vendors that supply TransUnion with goods and services, while serving as the conduit with other internal functions that oversee third party relationships such as Information Security, Accounts Payable, Finance, Legal, Facilities, and Third Party Risk Management.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Process management - procurement, third party, risk intelligence, and reporting SOP and process flow maintenance and updates.
- Policy management - pro-actively aligning and circulating changes for review and approval and ownership of versioning control.
- Management of Business Continuity Plan - own the department business continuity plan and business impact analysis.
Conduct quarterly exercises in accordance with organizational BCP guidelines.
- Goal tracking - manage project status and overall reporting of goals by coordinating updates from workstream leads.
- Budget Tracking - department budget tracking and variance analysis.
Able to engage with FP&A team to analyze budget and keep track of all charges.
- Presentation and communication - effective communication across all levels and various teams both internally and externally.
