Role Overview

As a Software Contract Specialist at Equifax, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating with cross-functional teams to streamline software acquisition and maintenance processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely integration of vendors and third-party services into our P2P and software compliance process.
  • Manage complex license agreements, interpret contract use rights, and recommend strategies for license optimization and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with the Software Acquisition Team to organize and maintain legal documents, ensuring seamless review and approval processes.
  • Participate in discussions to provide input on process scope, service delivery, and operational issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions procedures or Process Migration.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Oracle, SAP, or ServiceNow platforms.
  • 2+ years of experience with Gsuite for Business tools (Google Sheets).
