Job Overview

GFT Technologies SE is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Professional to lead projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, track and report on costs, and make recommendations for budget adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time, implementing quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the software development industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.

Desired Expertise

  • Experience with Agile project management and familiarity with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and lifecycle.
