**Job Overview**

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive human capital strategy that drives business success. This strategic role partners with line leaders to create and implement HR programs that enable the organization to achieve its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent management strategies, including headcount planning, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Partner with HR specialty areas to execute HR strategies and action plans.
  • Counsel and support line leaders on HR processes and employee relations cases.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and questions.
  • Coach less-experienced members of the HR team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role supporting large technology teams (300+ employees) in multinational companies within the Shared Services and/or BPO segments.
  • College degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
  • Fully bilingual Spanish/English; proficiency level B2+ or higher.
