Job Description

As an Operational Process Improvement Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy for managing Amazon AMPS Sellers. You will conceive, create, and analyze a wide range of marketing and site merchandising efforts, to include marketing campaigns to grow vendors' traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue on Amazon.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct deep dive analysis on handled issues for vendors and publish recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience
  • Provide thought leadership around planning, roadmaps, and execution
  • Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners for the group of vendors handled

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • 2+ years of team management experience
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Knowledge of databases (querying and analyzing) such as SQL, MYSQL, and ETL Manager and working with large data sets
  • Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts
  • Experience in managing critical operational processes, with SLA responsibility
