We are seeking a highly skilled Dishwasher/Cleanliness Specialist to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen areas.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen areas
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- Receive deliveries and store perishables properly
- Sort, soak, and wash/re-wash silverware
- Break down dirty bus tubs and empty trashcans and dumpster area
- Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments
- Dispose of glass in the proper containers
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience
- No supervisory experience
