The Service Delivery Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our product support or solution portfolios. This includes engaging in the planning of product support or solution portfolios throughout their entire lifecycle, representing services within product or solution portfolio core teams, and incorporating service requirements into various product development stages.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Portfolio Planning: Engage in the planning of product support or solution portfolios throughout their entire lifecycle to ensure alignment with pricing strategies and seamless end-to-end service delivery.
  2. Service Representation: Represent services within product or solution portfolio core teams and incorporate service requirements into various product development stages.
  3. Business Case Development: Utilize understanding of customer business requirements to develop business cases and demonstrate services added value.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Influence customer assessment, planning, and management of network projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Business Analysis: Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Methodology, Analytics, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management.
