About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Integrity Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Data Governance team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data. Your expertise will help us drive insights and decision-making across the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Service Desk Team responsible for account, crediting, and territory data in SFDC
- Serve as the primary escalation point for data discrepancies, service requests, and general inquiries
- Administer monthly audits and reports to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive process improvements
- Monitor and track key team metrics to build and maintain SLA standards and policies
- Perform weekly updates and provide guidance on team deliverables to identify process/policy gaps
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to perform ad-hoc investigations for data insights/update/reports
- Assist in organizing and implementing new policies driven by the Go-To-Market team in SFDC
- Assist in other Data Process Initiatives such as quarterly account data refresh and annual fiscal year transition
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Interest in data governance, hygiene, and organization
- Motivation to drive key initiatives in data integrity
- Ability to work well with others
- Fluency in business language
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Organized, proactive individual that can operate independently in solving complex problems with little guidance
- Ability to manage requestor escalations through appropriate channels
- SFDC knowledge is a must
- Able to articulate joining tables within a dataset(s)
- SQL knowledge is preferred but not required
- SAP knowledge is preferred but not required
