**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead our Procurement and Sourcing Group (PSG) operations and analytics team.
This role will be responsible for overseeing global and regional PSG projects for mergers & acquisitions and divestitures, ensuring effective integration processes and enhanced transparency and accountability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting PSG due diligence for mergers & acquisitions by facilitating working groups and tracking analysis completion
- Validating and summarizing input from PSG functions to create executive summaries for review by PSG leadership
- Gathering cost estimates across PSG functions to create expected PSG integration budgets
- Mobilizing PSG Integration working groups and building project plans based on input from PSG functions
In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and execution partners to drive results while maintaining a respect for the team and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective integration strategies to drive efficiency and transparency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and execution partners to ensure successful integration outcomes
- Manage and coordinate PSG Integration working groups to achieve project goals
- Provide timely integration status reports to PSG leadership and Integration Steering Committee as needed
