Patient Relationship Specialist for Medical Centers

The Patient Relationship Specialist will be the primary point of contact for both current and potential patients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
This role requires effective management of large volumes of inbound and outbound calls, maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate medical records and update information in medical software
- Manage referrals from multiple sources, adhering to established communication protocols
- Utilize scripted responses to address customer needs, driving appointment closures and enhancing patient satisfaction
- Develop mastery of multiple product lines, ensuring comprehensive knowledge and informed decision-making
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates must possess:
- A minimum of 0-3 years' experience in a call center environment
- 2-4 years' experience in a customer service sales role
- Excellent telephone skills, with a willingness to adapt and continuously learn new information and systems
- Detailed-oriented and task-focused, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures
