**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Freight Handler Assistant to join our team on a remote basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the freight forwarding of wholesale cargo from one country to another.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Container Control

- Documentation and invoicing

- Bill of lading and manifest management

- Warehouse and sourcing coordination

- Scheduling and loading control

- Payment processing and accounting coordination

- Language skills: English is required, Spanish is an asset

- Excel skills: medium to advanced level

**Availability**

- Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 7:30pm UTC/GMT -5 hours

- Administrative work: at least 4-5 hours per day

**Employment Details**

- Monthly payments in USD

- Contract-based employment

**Requirements**

- Experience in freight forwarding (1 year preferred)

**Language**

- English (required)
