We're seeking a talented individual to support our back-end processing operations. This role involves verifying US and international addresses, ensuring orders comply with product and shipping restrictions, identifying potential fraud, and resolving system discrepancies.

About the Role

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in systems and procedures. You'll be working closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify US and international addresses for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure orders comply with product and shipping restrictions
  • Identify potential fraud and take corrective action
  • Resolve system discrepancies to release orders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • English language proficiency (B2+ level)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in systems and procedures
  • Affinity with data entry operations
