About the Role
This position will oversee other business analysts supporting various Fuse product squads. Responsibilities include working with digital and GBS business owners to define and communicate business processes, providing direction to business analysts, translating business requirements into user stories, and supporting solution design and development.
Key Qualifications
To be successful, candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, or an affiliated field, along with 5-7 years of experience designing and implementing custom or SaaS solutions. Knowledge of corporate enterprise systems, Agile development methodology, and foundational knowledge of ServiceNow are also required.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Candidates with experience in Jira or Azure DevOps, hands-on service delivery and operations, and ability to work in ambiguous situations are highly preferred. Self-motivated individuals with strong delivery-oriented values, ability to manage multiple priorities, and good interpersonal and communication skills are ideal for this role.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000 based on location and experience. Pfizer offers a flexible work location assignment and provides equal opportunities to all employees.
