**Job Overview**
The team supports over 60 countries across four functions: HR Ops, Staffing Ops, Contingent Workforce, and Systems & Enablement. As a strategic project manager, you will oversee global projects, provide support to program managers, and drive effective project execution. Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of program and project planning, providing status updates, coordinating efforts, tracking success metrics, ensuring effective communications and change management, and driving execution.
This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong project management and prioritization abilities, and extensive experience with documenting stakeholder requirements and partnering to translate those requirements into actionable project plans.
