Global Client Success Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Client Success Expert to join our team at TreviPay. As a Client Success Expert, you will be responsible for driving client success through proactive engagement, relationship-building, and issue resolution. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales and account management teams to develop new business relationships and expand existing ones. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you build strong relationships with clients, merchants, and internal stakeholders, resulting in increased program usage and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the payment or financial services industry. You should be a strong problem solver, with excellent analytical and communication skills. A proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, is essential. Additionally, bilingualism in English and Spanish is a plus.
