**About the Role**

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions and processes. You will work closely with various teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process daily financial transactions in US & Canada
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting billing documents
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet SLA's and KPI's
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • University studies in a related field
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with SAP System
  • Experience performing SOX Control
  • Previous experience related to billing, order management or OTC processes
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a similar position
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Detail-oriented
  • Enjoys working with operational processes
  • Highly client service and quality-oriented mindset
  • Experience with continuous improvement tools
  • Structured approach to planning workload
  • Excellent communication skills
